Meet Dr. Travis Page D.O.
Travis grew up in the small farming community of Vale, Oregon. He was raised by parents who were teachers and farmers; and who instilled valuable work and educational ethics into their children. Travis attended Ricks College, went on a 2 year LDS mission to Oklahoma City, OK in 1994.
Travis received his undergraduate schooling at Brigham Young University/Provo and medical school training at Touro University in California and in Las Vegas, NV. Travis' residency was completed in Boise, Idaho with the Family Practice Residency of Idaho and final 2 years with a rural training track at West Valley Hospital.
Currently he and his wife Misty, reside in Nyssa, Oregon along with their three children. Travis enjoys spending time with his family, ranching and chasing cows with his father, hunting pheasants and doing some occasional fly fishing with his oldest brother on the Owyhee River.

Meet Mindy Degeus N.P.
Mindy is a single mom of a very active 10 year old daughter who keeps her on her toes! She started in the medical field when she was 16 years old. At that time, she was a Certified Nurses Assistant in a Skilled Nursing Center. She went on to obtain her LPN at 18 years old, RN eight years later and her FNP fourteen years later.
Throughout her career, she has worked at various areas of the health care field and spent most of her time as a charge nurse in the Emergency Department. Mindy has experience in trauma, emergent care, urgent care and primary care needs. She has always been drawn to helping all types of individuals with their healthcare needs.
In her spare time, Mindy spends time with her family on their ranches. She loves horseback riding and team roping with her family. She has a large garden that her daughter helped her to grow from seeds.

Joanna has been with us from the very beginning. She was instrumental in starting up the clinic up and getting it running smoothly. She has over three decades of experience in the medical field and is passionate about giving everyone quality, personalized care. She likes to take the extra step to help her patients and enjoys talking to them about their experiences and family events. Joanna grew up on Whidbey Island, raised her family in Montana and has resided in Nyssa Oregon and Idaho for 16 years. She is blessed with 4 children and 6 grandchildren. Joanna also has a passion for nature... whether it is exploring; fishing; hunting; hiking or horseback riding...She Enjoys It All !
Margarita McKnight
Medical Assistant
Margarita has been with the CIC team for two years now and has over 26 years of experience working in the medical field. She is a determined, hard worker who is committed to making sure every single patient receives the quality care they deserve. She is a native Idahoan and was raised by parents who taught her that an education and strong work ethic is something that no one can ever take from you. She is an animal lover with two dogs of her own and she enjoys spending her free time with people she loves; especially her twin granddaughters!

Wendy Prado-Martinez
Front Desk/reception
Wendy graduated from the University of Idaho in 2016 with a Bachelors in Spanish. She had the opportunity to study abroad in Costa Rica for a semester to perfect her Spanish. She loves to bake and sell homemade cakes in her free time and hopes to open her own bakery.
Felicia Ozuna
Front office/reception
Felicia's exposure to the medical field began at a young age having many family members who worked in medicine. She joined our team after working for 6 years as a cosmetologist and loves working in a field where she can help others and make a positive impact. Felicia has a strong work ethic; thanks to her mother who instilled in her the mindset of making things happen for yourself. She is a mom of twin baby girls who she absolutely adores and a very hyper corgi puppy. She enjoys spending all of her free time with her family whether it is lazy days at home watching movies, going to church or introducing her daughters to fun new adventures!
Sophia Ragland
Medical Assistant
Sophia started in Health Care as a caregiver, and love it so much. She developed and grew until she was managing an Assisted Living Memory Care facility. She cared for residents for 10 years and loved the impact it had on her patients; but was needing a change in her life. Desiring more family time, especially with her autistic son, she made the switch to CIC and it has allowed her a healthy balance between work and home. She spends most of her free time with her son and loves having the opportunity to see the little human that he is becoming.
Zayra
Medical Assistant
Zayra has been a medical assistant since 2021, she graduated from Idaho Medical Academy. In
her free time she likes to spend time with her 6 year old son and husband. She also likes to do
tumblers, arts and crafts.
